Out of Control! This lick is totally “Out of Control” and is total logic infused insanity, to say the least. The general public was first trampled by this lick in 1977 on the Cat Scratch Fever album. This tune is a fire-breathing burst of the typical Nuge freedom-loving attitude. Ted Nugent showed this lick on Star Licks in the mid ’90s, but I have to say… he blazed through it, and I don’t think any of us learned much from it. I must apologize, as I am blazing through it here, too… a tutorial on Out of Control is nearing conception. For the first time in my videos, I’m playing an Epiphone Les Paul Florentine Pro.
